Off-Road Festival Load-In / Load-Out Instructions

Parker 400 Tech & Contingency — Lake Havasu City

New for 2026, Tech & Contingency for the Parker 400 has relocated to Lake Havasu City. This exciting update is designed to mirror the high-energy, fan-focused experience of The Mint 400’s iconic Fremont Street format — widely regarded as a major driver of that event’s public awareness and engagement.

In order to make this work smoothly for racers, fans, and the city, the load-in and load-out process for race vehicles must be followed exactly.

Please read carefully.

Driving unlicensed race vehicles on the street will result in citation.
The only exception is if your UTV or Motorcycle is licensed and plated in the State of AZ.

You will NOT offload your vehicle in the staging lot.

The staging lot exists only to create an organized, even flow of trucks and trailers into the offload zone on McCulloch Boulevard.

Load-In Process:

  1. All race teams must first check in at the staging / parking lot behind Ken’s Pizza: 1675 Mesquite Ave, Suite B, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. Enter from Mesquite Avenue via Del Rio Lane.
  2. Check in with event staff, then immediately enter the staging queue. Staff will release trucks and trailers in controlled waves to the offload area. You will NOT offload your vehicle in the staging lot. There will be no police escort. Please follow staff instructions and local traffic laws.
  3. Once released, proceed to McCulloch Boulevard and Acoma Boulevard, offload your race vehicle, and have it enter the festival line.
  4. All trucks and trailers must immediately vacate McCulloch Boulevard after offloading. We strongly recommend returning to the staging lot to park your trailer.

After Tech / Load-Out Process

  1. Once your race vehicle has completed tech, the person with the vehicle should contact your truck & trailer.
  2. Only at that time will your truck and trailer be allowed back into the onload area to retrieve your race vehicle.
