All vehicles pre-running must check in at the Start Line at RM0 and sign the event waiver prior to beginning their pre-run. Helmets, seat belts, 35mph max. No numbered race vehicles. All paved and major road crossings are mandatory stops, as indicated on the GPS files and ground course markings.

Qualifying registration will be held at Parker Motor Co. during the Parker Gear Up & Gather Block Party. The qualifying course file will be provided to teams at registration.

Safety Equipment Inspection: Helmets, suits and Hans will be checked. Please bring these items to qualifying registration.

Vehicle Inspection: After qualifying, all vehicles must go through Technical Inspection at the Off-Road Festival on McCulloch Boulevard.

The Drivers/Riders Meeting will be held at the Pavilion Concert Venue. The Drivers/Riders Meeting is mandatory for all banded racers and team representatives.

The Limited Race will not start until the last Youth 1000 car clears the canal.

If you start a new lap at 5:00pm, an average speed of ~39mph must be maintained to get to the finish line by 8:15pm. Pit closing times are calculated based on that average speed, plus about five minutes.

Grand Prix Finish Defined: As soon as the first Open Pro Motorcycle is finished, no other motorcycles will begin another lap. In order for a rider to be an official finisher, they must complete at least half as many laps as the leader in their class. For example, if the class leader does 3 laps, then everyone would have to have 2 laps or more to be considered an official finisher.

The Unlimited Race will not begin until the last motorcycle clears Midway Pit.
