Republic Services Joins The 2026 Laughlin Desert Classic As Recycling & Waste Services Provider
UNLTD Off-Road Racing is proud to announce that Republic Services will join the 2026 Laughlin Desert Classic as the Official Recycling & Waste Services Provider.
LAUGHLIN, NV — UNLTD Off-Road Racing is proud to announce that Republic Services will join the 2026 Laughlin Desert Classic as the Official Recycling & Waste Services Provider.
As part of the partnership, Republic Services will provide trash and recycling containers, along with dumpsters throughout the event, giving racers, teams and fans convenient locations to properly dispose of recycling & waste during the Laughlin Desert Classic.
“We’re excited to have Republic Services join us for the Laughlin Desert Classic,” said UNLTD Off-Road Racing CEO Matt Martelli. “Republic Services has been a longtime supporter of The Mint 400 and a critical partner in our annual Mint 400 Desert Clean-Up, so we’re stoked to expand that relationship into Laughlin.”
“For us, this goes well beyond race weekend,” Martelli continued. “It’s important that we lead by example and show the world that off-roaders are responsible land users. We don’t just want to leave the desert cleaner than we found it—we want to help ensure that future generations have the same opportunity to race, recreate and experience the beauty of the Mojave Desert that we do today.”
Republic Services has worked alongside the off-road community for years, supporting efforts to remove illegally dumped waste from Nevada’s public lands. Together, Republic Services, UNLTD Off-Road Racing, racers, volunteers and the surrounding community have helped remove hundreds of tons of trash from the Nevada desert.

Getting involved with the Laughlin Desert Classic was a natural next step. The partnership continues a shared commitment between Republic Services and the American Off-Road Racing Championship to responsible recreation, environmental stewardship, and protecting the desert landscapes where off-road racing has taken place for generations.
